Anyone ordered from Joss and Main?

| I have ordered from Joss and Main about 5 times over the past year. I have only ordered smaller, inexpensive, decorative items. My most expensive J & M purchase was a pair of items with glass frames. One of the pieces arrived with broken glass (the other item in the set was fine). I contacted the company and they sent a replacement pair. They said not to bother sending back the broken piece of art. It took about 4 weeks to get the new shipment, but in the end I ended up with three pieces of art (the perfectly fine piece from the original order and the two pieces from the replaced set). I have no complaints about dealing with the company. |

| Had a similar experience with a broken item. No questions asked, they just sent another. We also just got chairs from them and love them. |
