I'm the person that asked for a recs for an interior designer consult to help with layout etc of out new house.
I'm looking for a bohemian style, kind of "ethnic", kind of artsy... |
go to Pinterest and type in those terms |
You should go to your local library and look in the interior design section for books to borrow. I'm always surprised by the selection of design books at my library. |
You should read a bunch of back issues of House Beautiful. Note the designers of houses you really like and then buy their books. (they all have books.) |
Try Lonny. Not strictly bohemian, but definitely punchy and artsy sometimes. And look at Anthropologie catalogs. |
I would try searching Design Sponge for "bohemian" or eclectic etc. e.g.,:

Also the Domino book of decorating. I bought it at Anthropologie several years ago before the mag stopped publication and it's fabulous. |
Houzz |
Second Houzz. |
Domino mag is back and it's definitely the most bohemian by far. Though there's definitely a 'look' to it, just like an article I read last week about how hipsters all look the same. ![]() |
Definitely Domino magazine, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, and even Country Home sometimes |
Yes. Houzz. |
Loony is free online and awesome. Also, Elle decor. |
The blog Apartment Therapy has a lot of home tours and posts featuring this style. |
I like the blogger Design Manifest. She's pretty awesome. |
