I need a new laptop and know I want a Macbook Air. I am thinking I'll get a refurbished one. Is it worth waiting until Friday to get Day After Thanksgiving discounts, or you think Apple won't do that and I may as well buy it now? Thank you. |

My understanding is that if you buy a MacBook Air from Apple, you will get a $100 dollar gift card. But, I don't know if that includes refurbished models. It is probably worth waiting until Friday to find out. I also suggest checking Amazon on Friday. Lately, I've found Amazon to have pretty decent prices on Apple computers, especially when no sales tax is charged. Amazon may have a black Friday sale as well.

Hi Jeff. It's me (the OP) again. I got the refurbished Air. It's beautiful and light and I am so happy.
One thing is confusing me: the scroll bar on the right isn't always there, and only shows when I use the arrow keys. It's hard to "grab" with the arrow. Do you know of some way to make it show all the time? Thank you! |
