Umich - no longer rolling but earlier than Dec 24?

| I know UMICH got rid of rolling admissions, but still had the impression kids could hear earlier than the Dec 24 "early" acceptance date. Esp. if a kid wants to apply to the honors college. Any insight? |

| Michigan is early action. Complete application must be in by Nov. 1 and you will hear by 12/24. They usually release in waves the Friday before- so somewhere around 12/19. You apply to honors after you are accepted into the school. |

| My DC is in the honors program. The applications for that start in January. There are several application/notification dates. I think my DC applied in the second cycle. You definitely apply to honors after you are accepted. |
