When you buy a house in MoCo, what proof do you need to register for school?

Web site says property tax bill, but I don't have one yet. I'll call next week, but was thinking about it now and thought maybe someone might know.

You can try closing docs and/or utility bill.

Just have your kid show up and say Hola. Works fine in our ES, you even get your own guidance counselor.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and say this in public because you know it's not true, please refrain from saying it here. Spanish-speaking immigrants, like you, have to show proof of residency to enroll in their local school. You have no greater right than they do to enroll in your school, no matter how much you pay in property taxes. If one day you find you have a child who needs speech or occupational therapy, counseling, help with a learning disability, etc. you may find you suddenly appreciate the services that our school system provides. Or if you really think that immigrants lead cushy lives, feel free to quit your job and spend down your assets and see what it's like.
