Looking for that slightly bohemian, ethnic furniture but great quality. Where do I go? |
Serena and lily? It's a little preppier but still bohemian. Anthropologie is another option, though their selection is limited. |
Restoration hardware |
Arhaus has some of that |
There's a place in North Old Town called Abaca Imports: http://abacaimports.com/store/
|
Me too!!! |
It's all going to be fairly crappy. |
Pier one |
World Market is actually pretty good quality for the price. It's better quality than Pier One. |
That's funny, I'm looking at furniture now and was really impressed with the new stuff at Pier One - have you been there lately? It's a lot nicer now than it used to be, and I think World Market's furniture has gone downhill. I really dislike that their tables don't have smooth tops and they get dings and scratch REALLY easily (I bought a few things over the past 2 years that I regret). Meanwhile, I just bought a new dining set from Pier One a few months ago and it has held up great to my crazy toddlers so far. |
Which set did you get? Thanks |
A second vote for Abaca.
Don't know if it's still there, but there's another Alexandria shop called Qi. |
Search for Tommy Bahama Home. |
Abaca only has certain pieces though. Mostly dining room storage type pieces. No dressers. |
