Best Pre-made Thanksgiving Dinner

Anonymous
I've decided not to cook from scratch this year. We moved 3 weeks ago and half my kitchen is still in boxes.

Any recommendations for premade Thanksgiving dinner? We will have a party of six.

Boston Market costs $99 for the dinner, plus I'd have to add sweet potatoes = $120. The price is fine, but I haven't ate there in years.

Looks like Whole Foods runs about the same price. Should I use them instead?

I've heard Whole Foods is not good. I'd try somewhere else.

My colleague always orders from La Madeleine for Thanksgiving. I don't know how good the food is, but she seems happy with it - she's been doing it for years.

It looks good, but the Turkey is only a turkey breast. My husband & kids like dark meat.

Any feedback on Wegmans?

Harris teeter has some nice looking packages. Has anyone used them?

MIL is ordering Wegman's. They had it last year and said it was really good. Hoping that's true as I'm disappointed not to be cooking this year.

We only tried this once, with Whole Foods, and were slightly disappointed. However I wonder if it's because we had unrealistic expectations from WF.

Perhaps Balducci's has a Thanksgiving package?

I've heard that Balducci's is good but it is more expensive.

I had a baby a few days before Turkey day a few years ago and we did Bobs Evans. It was really good.

Thanks everyone. I settled on Fresh Market. The reviews were quite high for the precooked Turkey Thanksgiving Meal.

I do love their corn pudding. They had an in-store tasting recently, and I had to say bleech about their stuffing. It was super sweet.
