my other signs so far aren't that clear -- has anyone had success using clearblue fertility monitor? is it worth the price?
It definitely told me when I was about to ovulate. I think that it was worth it.
|
Used it to conceive my first and it worked so much better than just charting as my chart was wacky for months post-miscarriage.
Wish I still had it now that we are having trouble ttc #2. |
and you both would say it's better than just regular OPK's like clearblue digital ovulation test?
Yes. I liked that I didn't have to muck around with is this test strip darkening, the same, lighter, etc.
So far, I'm not having a good experience with the monitor. I've been using it for 5 months now and only had a peak reading once. I know that for the first one or two, the monitor has to get to know your body, but by now, it should be working correctly. This month, I've had nothing but high bars (2 bars) and it never peaked. It's either the monitor or something is wrong with me.
I used it with OPKs for 10 months. It measured when my estrogen went up but never registered at a peak reading after the first month. I had to test in the am and then use OPKs in the afternoon. I thought it would be more helpful to be honest. I got pregnant after 2 months of starting acupuncture.
I have one that I used only a couple times. Does anyone want it for free?
Yes, please! I gather it worked and you don't need it anymore? Email me pattuesday@gmail.com
