Atkins is arguing that 24 years of telework was illusory and management should have never bargained over telework. Also, instead of trying to figure something out to meet staff not in the middle, but to give us at least the pre-covid telework, OHR sent a very dry to-the-point email stating the full time RTO is in effect without any changes. Quiet quitting. |
