| I volunteered to bring a dessert for the preschool class' Thanksgiving party. Not pumpkin pie. TIA for ideas! |
| Turkey shaped cookie |
This. Or a pumpkin shaped one. |
| Pumpkin muffins. Put cream cheese frosting on and call them cupcakes. |
| Pumpkin pudding? |
| OP, just try to keep it small. So much of the food gets tossed in the end. But most kids will eat the dessert. |
For a preschool??? Come on. What 3 year old will eat that? Bring a simple turkey shaped or pumpkin shaped sugar cookie for each kid and be done. |
| Cookies, cupcakes, Rice Krispie treats |
|
Cranberry bread - leave out the nuts and add more cranberries.

I have done this in the past! Kids love them. I use the mini muffin pan. |
| Second the mini muffin pan cupcakes. Small enough for little hands, lets everyone have a treat, easy to make. If you have a donut hole maker or pan, pumpkin spice donut holes are single serve and yummy too. |
| I've also done the mini pumpkin muffins with cream cheese frosting. So yummy and no food dye--some kids have very bad reactions. |
