I volunteered to bring a dessert for the preschool class' Thanksgiving party. Not pumpkin pie. TIA for ideas!

This. Or a pumpkin shaped one.

Pumpkin muffins. Put cream cheese frosting on and call them cupcakes.

Pumpkin pudding?

OP, just try to keep it small. So much of the food gets tossed in the end. But most kids will eat the dessert.

For a preschool??? Come on. What 3 year old will eat that? Bring a simple turkey shaped or pumpkin shaped sugar cookie for each kid and be done.

Cranberry bread - leave out the nuts and add more cranberries.

I have done this in the past! Kids love them. I use the mini muffin pan.

Second the mini muffin pan cupcakes. Small enough for little hands, lets everyone have a treat, easy to make. If you have a donut hole maker or pan, pumpkin spice donut holes are single serve and yummy too.

I've also done the mini pumpkin muffins with cream cheese frosting. So yummy and no food dye--some kids have very bad reactions.
