I have a mountain of maternity clothes to get rid of. I am going to give away the stuff that is ho-hum, but I have a number of rather pricey items that are in excellent condition. I don't have the time to sell them on eBay myself and am wondering how to find a eBay seller to sell it for me? What kind of commission does a person like this charge? I am also going to explore consignment but would welcome views on whether that is better or worse than eBay.
You might try the Task Rabbit app - links you up to people who can do little things like that for an hourly fee (sounds strange but it is SO cool - I found a short-term personal assistant who was amazing). I also think there is an eBay store in Gaithersburg MD.
I'm the OP of the "what would you do if you knew you didn't have money for Christmas thread". I'll sell them for you! I have done it before, I use my husbands account and he has over 100 feedback reviews at 100% positive. Interested?
Not worth it once you've paid the ebay fees and the consignor fee to the ebay seller. |
What sizes and what do you have to offer...I might be interested in buying

I would look into ThredUp. You might not get top dollar (I sold a few cheaper pieces with them) but it would be super easy. You order a bag, fill it, put it out for the mail carrier, and (a few weeks later) you get your choice of credit or cash out.
