| Are there any safe egg, peanut, tree nut store bought frosting so for cupcakes?? |
| My cousin whose kid has multiple food allergies uses - I think, so check the label - Duncan Hines Classic Chocolate. |

Frosting is super easy to make. Powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, a bit of milk, and coloring (gel coloring is best) if you want. All the store bought versions have so many weird ingredients to make them shelf stable, I'd avoid. You didn't say dairy free.
http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/quick-buttercream-frosting.html You don't even need a stand mixer. A hand held is fine. Just be sure the butter is room temp. |

A classic homemade buttercream frosting is made of only confectioner's sugar, butter and flavoring. While a store-bought one won't be that simple, there shouldn't be a reason to include eggs. Read some labels. For the nuts/peanuts, you'd need to go with whatever your comfort level is in terms of possible contamination (made on shared equipment vs. made in same facility, etc.)
I make all my own--it only takes about 10 minutes and an electric mixer to make your own frosting, if you can't find what you need at the store. |
| Frosting doesn't have eggs or nuts in it? |

| Cream cheese frosting is super easy to make too. |
