Thanksgiving from WEGMANS

| Has anyone used Wegmans Catering for their Thanksgiving? I have nine adults and four kids (most eat like birds and probably won't eat turkey). Thinking about the $139 package which says it serves 10-12. Anyone have experience with Wegmans? Were you happy? Was it the right amount? Would you make any changes? Thanks. |

| We did Wegman's two years ago. It was fine. Not gourmet or anything, but decent. The turkey was very juicy -- I guess they brined it? -- which for some reason didn't go over with my crew as much as the homemade (drier!) one i make. The sides were fine... nothing spectacular, tastewise -- they are aiming to please a generic audience. The quantities were on the large side -- I think you could get by with a smaller package, and maybe add a few etra items on your own (appetizers, etc.) |
