Okay men- clothing question

What is the # of dress shirts and pants you have for work? And yes, there is a point to this question...

Oh sorry DH in top management. I am trying to be reasonable and open minded.

Maybe 5 pants and 10-15 shirts.

I feel like I ought to have more, but haven't gotten around to dealing with it.

DH is also top management. Button downs most days with pants but sometimes a polo. Rarely a suit.

Between 10-15 dress shirts
Between 15-20 polos (but that includes ones he only wears golfing)
About 10 pairs of dress pants

I remember when I lived on the Hill, I would see guys coming out of the dry cleaners with 20 shirts on hangars -- the white ones and the blue ones.

I think it has less to do with hoarding and more to do with how often you want to go to the dry cleaners.

Personally I think the fewer dress pants and shirts I have/need, the more successful I am. Who wants to wear a monkey suit every day?
