Rug questions for open floor plan

| Our dining room and kitchen are in one big room. There is no division. Should I get a rug for living room and then a smaller one for the dining table? Or one huge rug to cover both spaces? |

| 2 smaller rugs. They dont need to match. Just make sure they dont clash. |
