Anyone have a DC with profound LDs with the appropriate accommodations does well academically?

Anonymous
DC is a sophomore. Main accommodations are reader/scribe, teacher notes, extra time. Takes Honors/AP classes. Will probably take 6-8 APs- all science and math. Will take AP Calc BC junior year. Will end up with 7 math classes and 6-7 science classes on HS transcript. So far, unweighted GPA is 4.00 with a minimum-moderate amount of study. Receives extra time, reader/scribe from College Board for all tests (PSAT, SAT, subject tests and APs), haven't applied for ACT yet. Attends one of the frequently named highly ranked public HS in the area. Need to decide to ask for a waiver for foreign language or take ASL from local community college as it is not available at the HS. Has a decent amount of ECs.

Older DC is a senior and college hunting was comparatively easy and essentially done. Just waiting for the results. So, we are familiar with the general process.

We are looking for a starting list of schools. Looking for schools that are academically challenging, but also with a positive history of understanding/accommodating students with LDs. DC will most likely take the five year reduced class load plan. Interested in biology and physics. Doesn't like heat, is indifferent to urban vs rural- although if urban, would like a defined campus area, not interested in greek. Leans away from SLACs as ze wants science research opportunities, is not interested in engineering.

University of Iowa looks good, but is spread through town and far away- hard to get to as there isn't a large airport nearby- easier to get to west coast.
UVA looked good, but has a terrible reputation regarding LDs
MIT/Cornell for the long shots- high price for 5 years.
Don't know anything about UoI Champagne-Urbana's LD history
