| We have a very big cabbage! Suggestions? |
sauerkraut

| Roast it! Cut it and roast it at 400 degrees. Makes it sweet and crunchy. |
| For roasted cabbage, I cut it into chunks or wedges and drizzle with olive oil and salt. |
| Cabbage and ham |
| Someone on here suggested raw thinly sliced cabbage with a soy sauce/vingear dressing. I think they made their own, I used Ken's Asian Ginger Soy dressing on cabbage and it was delicious. Don't eat too much though |
| I would make Asian dumplings. Extra shredded cabbage keeps the dumpling filling soft. When you don't have any or only a little, you get a hard meatball in the middle of your dumpling, not a soft smooth textured filling. I love cabbage in dumplings. |

This is so good, and can be modified in a bunch of ways. I use a whole head of cabbage, double the dressing, and toss in whatever other veggies I have around (carrots, green peppers, radish, etc). Add some fried tofu for more protein or a full meal. |

| Halupki. Layer cabbage with ground beef mixed with rice and onions in a crockpot. Tomato sauce over top. Cook on low. Delicious! |

Moosewood has a good recipe for stir fried spicy cabbage. I think it's basically an onion, a head of cabbage, some garlic, ginger...
Mu shy chicken is another good option |
