avocado oil

For those of you who use avocado oil in your cooking, what do you recommend in terms of its uses? Do you use it for salads? Stir fries? etc...thanks!

I use it for regular cooking, including stir fries. We prefer olive oil in salads for the flavor.

I use it as a makeup remover. It was great for DS's eczema, cleared it up.

And any time I want a neutral tasting oil and/or an oil that can take high heat.

I've been using it in every way I used to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil for months now. Cooking (sauteeing, light pan frying, roasting veggies in the oven) salad dressings. Not so much for baking though. Great results so far!
