Recommend a good main course dish for a pot luck

Ideally something that tastes good luke-warm. This is for a school potluck.

For kids and potluck, I have taken the following stuff:

cheese pizza made at home
crackers and cheese
cheese sticks
cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots with ranch dressing dip
kraft macaroni and cheese. I bring it hot covered with foil. This is always very popular.
