Best Cut of Lamb for a crowd?

Planning to braise or slow roast for about 10 people. What cut should I get from the butcher?

Butterflied leg.

Are you sure everyone there likes lamb? I'd stick to beef or chicken unless you're positive your guests are adventurous eaters. I know a handful of people that just the smell of lamb makes them gag.

My husband would not eat lamb. I love it, and if you are aure others will too, then get a leg.

Lamb is adventurous??

Do a leg and cook it slow and low...like 7 hour lamb. The fat melts away and the meat just falls for the bone.
