We have a small breakfast nook and I love, love this table, but we also have an 18 month old, so is it the worst idea err?

err = ever |
Fingerprints and kiss marks (drool) on the top and bottom. Awful to keep clean. BTDT. |
No way would I consider glass with young kids. I like it too but not worth the risk. |
Our son broke a glass top coffee table crawling under it at age 3, so no way. |
Ours went to the attic with the first. After living there for 5 yrs, we took it to goodwill. |
We have a glass top table we eat at. It isn't a problem with my toddler. She knows not to crawl around or jump on or otherwise destroy our nice furniture. |
I agree. I just moved my glass tables into storage. It could break on the child, fall on the child or the child could run into it and get seriously injured. |
Worst idea ever. We sold ours when we had our first baby. |
Ah, thats what I thought. Thanks everyone! |
We have a glass top coffee table. I feel safe enough, but it's always a mess (drool, spills, fingerprints). |
We have a glass dining room table. I hate it. Just waiting the for the day when I can afford a new one.
THAT being said, it is excellent for crafts. |
We sold our glass top and got a cushioned ottoman that has a double sided top - hard top underneath for entertaining. |
