what to do with leftover buttermilk

Anonymous
I made a recipe using a little buttermilk, and now I have a quart leftover. Any suggestions? I'm not much of a baker. Thanks.

Not the OP, but that sounds really good. I just used up a quart of buttermilk this morning, but I am going to try this this week. Thanks for the recipe!

I was going to say salad dressing, but I wouldn't freeze it.

I freeze it all the time. 1/2 cup portions so I can defrost the amount I need the next time I am making something that calls for a small amount. Works fine.
