| Employment lawyer. And yes, you should get a lawyer in the jurisdiction that will govern the agreement. Laws, especially non-compete/non-solicit, are state specific. If you don't have a referral, you could call the state bar in that jurisdiction. Or, if you have an accountant or other professional like that, ask him/her. |
