Just burned my hand while eating Farm Rich mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce inside

I bought some Farm Rich mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce inside, and they taste good. However, when they come out of the oven the marinara sauce is piping hot, and when you bite into the mozzarella stick the sauce comes shooting out onto your hand. So the deliciousness of the melted cheese is counterbalanced by the searing pain of hot sauce burning the flesh of your hand. Since mozzarella sticks are finger food, I won't be buying these again. And I certainly won't be giving any to my children, for fear they will get burned just like their dorky mother.
