What happens if we have another major hurricane this year

I am thinking the stimulus is falling down the wrong pockets, corruption cannot be rooted out so soon, and I doubt it will do what is promised.
So we have morgaged our future for what and for whom?

Of course it isn't going to do what is promised and Obama knows this-the real strategy is to have the government take over more private areas and continue to seize income. Doesn't it seem weird that the package was pushed through without enough time for anyone to read through. Why?????? Sorry but another week wouldn't mean anything. This is awful but there is nothing to stop this that I see since we have a lot of naive people.

We needed this stiumulus package. Just as we needed the last one. Neither one was perfect but we needed both, and badly.
