What color honeycomb shades should we get?

I have my heart set on cordless top down bottom up cellular/honeycomb shades for our living room, I'm just trying to figure out the best color. Our walls are currently a light gray, what color shade should we get? Leaning towards white, but is that too boring?

Get white. We got ivory all over and regret it. Thy look dirty and yellow

Yup, white. We have these in our master bedroom (previous owners put them in) and we LOVE them. Not something I would have picked on my own.

There are a jillion shades of white. I would not go with the whitest white, but a soft white that is not ivory or too yellow (dingy looking0)

what kind of estimates are you getting on these? I recently got some estimates for hunter douglas honeycomb shades on pretty standard sized windows at ~$600 a pop. I nearly fell over when I saw the estimate!
