Whole Foods pizza dough

How is it? Any tips?

My 4 year old DD and I are making pizza tonight - nothing complicated, just cheese and sauce and maybe some broccoli. I've never used this dough as we usually make our own.

Let it set out and come as close to room temp as you have time. It makes it much more easy to work with. We love using it.

Excellent. This will give us time to clean the kitchen, which is a wreck!

Roll out and bake for 5-6 minutes first. Will make the crust crispier and make it easier to do toppings.

I like it a lot, but agree that it is best when it has sat out (uncovered - place it on a slightly floured cutting board) a bit. It does tend to go bad (molds) fairly fast despite the "use by" date, so I make sure to use it within a day or two of purchase.
