cozy sweatpants (bonus if not ugly)

I've never been a morning person, and also not from the east coast so not used to getting up in the dark and bundling up to take the kids to school (in my old life I just put on running shorts but too cold here). I wake up and look at whatever I've laid out the night before, and I just want to cringe. I don't want to get into anything that looks nice but is not super-cozy that early in the morning. Or leggings; don't want all that skin contact so early. I want to get into some cozy sweats, get breakfast done and the kids off to school and come home and shower and put on something else.

I realize with the advent of leggings and tights, there's not a lot of sweatpants these days.

Anybody have their go-to sweats (or something else they wear--easy on/off) to recommend?

I just got two pair of amazingly comfy sweats from Uniqlo. They're the ones with faux shearling on the inside. Love them!
