HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

soccer HS or Club has ZERO bearing on your kid's chances if they are NOT being actively recruited by the school.

Thankfully--have straight A/high test score sons that got in the top academic schools through high achieving academics...later walked on.

Sign your kid up for a robotics class or donate money to a college and leave soccer to those that actually give a crap about the game.

Agreed, the thumb on the scale is for sports like fencing and rowing not large team sports that bring zero finanical value to the institution.

Many of the Arlington 11 parents strongly believe that if the team had been allowed to play up a year, they would have, at the very least, secured second place in the Mid Atlantic division.

As nationals are approaching and there are no local teams for Arlington to scrimmage, can we resolve the Arlington 11 vs Union 10 debate once and for all? It would be ideal to do this before the merger.

Northern Virginia will never catch up to Texas and California if our best teams continue to avoid the local competition. Arlington is ready to flex its number one ranking in the NoVa area PLAYING A YEAR UP!

LMAO! This is what you've been working on. Three ties in first national comp, and the response is we should be playing up? LMAO! You must be landlocked in Arlington as well, didn't realize this was a mental barrier too.

Union 10's are struggling but they would wipe Arlington 11's, I have not rooting interest just can't stand the u13 chest thumping

This is true. Union 10s, VDA 10s, BRAVE 10s would wipe Arlington 11’s.

Not everyone agrees with this.

Whoa hold up BRAVE might been a bridge too far, point being Arlington 11's get out of your group in Seatle, win one more game and then you get to play in Richmond, then some chest thumping will be allowed, but only then.

They're going to play this Saturday at Long Bridge, and Arlington will show why they're above the rest around the area.

Heard somewhere that the arlington 2011's are highly dependent on ONE player. I think I saw that's the reason why those parents said they lost to CSA. I don't trust hearing that any team is the best when it's all rides on one player, and like others have said, these are 12 year olds, who knows where they will be in 2-3 years.
