This news makes me more stressed, mainly because of all the unknowns. Hopefully he will have a relatively minor case, but even then with his age and pre-existing conditions, it could be tough to get through.

When I read that Evangelicals believed this, I immediately thought, "Do they not know the end of that story about King David and the Kingdom of Israel in the Bible... I guess not". I even posted it on this forum several times when people would say crap like this. But I know that many Evangelicals still won't get the connection.

Even if he is asymptomatic, he knowingly put numerous people at risk on Thursday. If one of them dies, that is blood on his hands and you can bet the press will be contact tracing.

You know his base won't care, but hopefully the "on the fence" voters in the swing states will.

Trump, despite his high Covid risk due to age, obesity and cardiovascular issues, will recover because he will get the best care that the US can provide. He is lucky to have tested rather late in the pandemic, because doctors have had months to figure out better medical protocols to increase survival in all age groups.

He will get the antibody serum that is in such short supply around the country, and the antivirals that we have. He will likely not go into cytokine storm. So...

Then he'll claim that Covid wasn't a big deal, that everyone should get it so that we can develop herd immunity as rapidly as possible to save the economy, and we'll be back where we started.
