| per live stream: all 3 fairly quickly after returning knew they were sick, didn't go to work, limited venturing out into the public, didn't have any known contact with school aged kids. |
But only got tested 2 days ago? Yeah sure |
but still not letting us know the area of Montgomery County |
| they have specifics on where the people have been since they returned, but they won't share for privacy reasons. |
They spoke to this in the meeting. Until 2 days ago, DMV wasn't approved to do local testing. Was all done through CDC. |
They went on a cruise. People have died or were contagious from cruises. They got sick and decided to NOT self quarantine, NOT call the CDC, not get the test. Limited venturing out into the public while you are sick with a highly contagious disease is beyond stupid. And why are we not testing people in their homes. Why are we sending them to hospitals where immunocompromised people are? |
I’m sure they went to the store to get groceries and the pharmacy to pick up meds. Maybe we will get lucky and they didn’t spread it but others on the ship that traveled elsewhere in the country? Did they all stay at home? |
Because they hadn't traveled to China they were not eligible for testing until a few days ago. |
Well, testing was restricted so that wouldn't shock me. And if they didn't have severe symptoms, I'm glad they stayed home vs venturing out to sit in a doctor's waiting room or an ER waiting room... |
| Wow, Elrich has lost a ton of weight. |
| They're talking about the gap in time of symptoms and testing now. It sounds like the went to a country/location that wasn't on the radar of potential outbreaks at the time. |
| This is beyond embarrassing. Which grocery stores, pharmacies, and other locations they went to DOES NOT invade their privacy. It increases the spread of a disease the country is trying to contain. Good Lord, our state is terrible. |
I agree, but sadly I bet it would hurt the businesses. Imagine if they said the couple hit a local restaurant, I bet no one would go! |
They did go to a hospital |
Don't worry. You're going to die anyway. |
