In a number of cases people have indeed been doxxed, harassed, lied about and fired for posting Kirk's actual words, yes. Or saying anything critical yet legitimate about Kirk. Meanwhile the right wing mocked the Wortmans being shot, Paul Pelosi having his head smashed in with a hammer and so on.

They just can’t handle a differing opinion. They disguise it as some moral
superiority, but everyone can plainly see it. What they don’t see is how weak and fragile it makes Charlie Kirk’s message seem. It you have to put this much effort into protecting someone’s ideas, to the point of protecting them from people quoting their own words, it not meant to be long lasting, I guess.
