slow grower?

Has anyone who had IVF go back for u/s between 5.5 to 6 wks and be told they didn't see much then go back 2 days later and have it grow more? Yolk sac, etc? We're 6 weeks and a few days and when we went in 2 days ago it was pretty negative and we thought the fetus stopped growing. Now 2 days later, there's a yolk sac. Has anyone had this happen and have a normal pregnancy?
