child with adhd in dc public

hi folks:

just wondering if anyone has a child with ADHD in dc public schools. how does that whole process work? are the teachers accomodating? do your children recieve any kinds of support/programs etc...

i have a 4yo who has been diagnosed. he is in a private preschool but we are hoping to send him to dcps and wondering how that is working out for other families of kids with ADHD.
