Mine have been:
olives (I HATED them before I got PG) McDonald's QP with cheese extra value meal with a vanilla milkshake on a day that I spent 7 hours on the floor of my bathroom vomiting until I ate this and then I felt great That cheap, nasty orange sherbet that comes in the giant plastic bucket - tasted AMAZING |

When I was pregnant with my first, every time I would go to the grocery, I wanted nothing more than to grab a white onion and take a bite out of it like an apple. I hate raw onions.
With my second, on several occasions, I NEEDED a medium rare steak with black cherry kool aid. Couldn't be regular cherry. I don't even know if there's a difference. And I couldn't have one without the other. I also loved those chicken sandwiches from Wendys with some kind of parmesan sauce. Horrible for me but I saw a commercial and knew I had to have them. They discontinued them when I was about 7 months pregnant and I started crying at the counter where they take your order. I wanted it so badly. This go round, I want sour cream on everything. I hate sour cream. It's not like I used to hate it but now I like it. I still hate it but I keep thinking that this will be the time I like it. So I dip my strawberries in it, or put it on a taco, take a bite, then get sick because, well, I hate sour cream. |
| I tend to get fixated on a particular food when pregnant. With DC1 it was dosa with sambar (really, mostly just the sambar part). This pregnancy it's Ethiopian spicy red lentils with hardboiled eggs in them. I've also been dumping more and more hot sauce into the other foods I eat as I get more pregnant. |
