Quick question about reporting sat scores

DC is applying ED (Nov 1 deadline)to a school that uses "score choice." DC took the SAT twice, including last week, so will not know results of second sitting until Oct 28. Does DC just wait until Oct 28 to have the scores sent? Do they send all the scores or only the best scores if you select score choice? Sorry if these are dumb questions.

Score choice means you select the dates of the scores you send, the college board doesn't make that decision. With SATs you send all the scores from the date that contains the high score you want to send. So my DC took SATs 3 times. His high scores were on 2 of the 3 dates. Those two dates are the ones he selected (except for the schools that didn't allow score choice).

For a Nov 1 deadline you may need to go ahead and get the scores in. At least a couple of schools my DC applied to wanted all parts of the application by the deadline.
