Peg Perego infant carseat and snap and go?

Ok, so I have a peg perego infant car seat but I'm getting ready to throw the stroller in the trash. I hated it when I used it with my first but suffered through it. I'd like to use the car seat again but would like something to snap it into at least for the first few months ... does anyone know if the dang ca rseat is compatible with anything else? I looked at the snap and go online but cannot get specific info about car seat brand compatibility. Any experience would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

i have used our peg perego with a second-hand snap'n'go for my two kids (three years now...) and the darn thing has *saved* my life. i trash it like you can not believe and it's still going. love love love it.
