ISO Resources for caregivers and family of person suspected of havinger a personality disorder

Does anyone have a suggestion for a therapist or other specialist that can help the family of someone we suspect may have a personality disorder mixed with something like hypochondria. The person will not seek help, but is burning out family and friends. My hope is that by identifying support for the family members providing hands on care we can keep this issue from causing rifts within the family and hopefully better care for the person.

A few more details would be helpful here. Does the person actually need hands-on care, and what you need is some kind of respite care to give them a break? Or does the person not really need the care, but people are feeling compelled to help anyway and it's a boundaries issue?

It's not clear. And honestly that is some of the problem that would be helpful to deal with a therapist. Some of us feel the sickness is fake or over blown and others don't.
