Key Largo for Christmas

My family is renting a house in Key Largo for the Christmas week. 5 adults(49-54 and 83) four teenage boys ages 12-17. Any suggestions for activities? It seems that the water will be too cold to do snorkeling without wetsuits. What size is the largest wetsuit- one of the teens is huge (think defensive line)? We will have access to a few kayaks at the house and will rent a paddle board too. One day will be a trip to Key West. It will be our first Christmas without mom. I see fishing trips are available- any recommendations? Any recommendations for organized snorkel trips? Grocery stores? One family will be driving from Ft Lauderdale and one from Orlando, so we can stop at something one the way. Where to get the best fresh local seafood? restaurant and store. Any good bakeries?
