Pay-as-you-go swimming pool?

Does anyone know of a gym/ club etc - preferably in upper NW or nearby - that allows access to a swimming pool on a fee-per-use basis, rather than requiring a membership commitment?

Lowell Pool (nice and warm!) has a few nights per week when you can pay a one-time fee and swim.

i think you can at the lab school (or you used to)...also dcps schools used to allow that.

There is the Takoma Park Acquatic Center - Part of DC Parks and Rec and it is free.

UDC has a pool that I believe they are doing maintenance on

I think you can buy monthly or ten-pass memberships at St Alban's; not sure about pay-as you go.

They are building a new aquatic center next to Wilson HS; according to the presentation on this website, it's scheduled to open this summer. Based on the progress I see driving by it a few times a week, I'd say it's on track.
