Area Rugs

I am moving from an apt (with carpeting) to a large house with nice hardwood floors. I need to buy about 8-9 area rugs. Any favorite DC area rug stores?

I go to Istanbul once every few years so may pick up some nice rugs next time I'm there, but am looking for something for the short term..

If it's just short term, go to Ikea.

Or HomeGoods. Headed there now because both my dogs vomited all over our bedroom rug. Fun times!

If you're looking for nonpermanent, I agree a rug store is massive overkill.

I recommend overstock.com. Massive selection and very reasonably priced.
