Services section under Marketplace

I've noticed lately that a few photographers are offering sessions/services in the For Sale section. Seems like a services section would do well, they could post there, others could post looking for recommendations for house cleaning, landscaping, etc.

I'll give it consideration. It's always a fine line between offering free advertising (something I prefer not to do) and simply giving folks a break (something I'm frequently willing to do).

I don't understand why you can't offer your services as a neighborhood dog walker or a provider for baby sitting ? A services section make so much sense. I care for many neighbors dogs, however, there are times when families leave the area, the dog passes away, etc, and I need to advertise. I usually post something at a local cleaners or at Catch Can. DCUM makes so much more sense. What is the harm?

We have an entire set of forums for Nannies and Babysitters. Neighborhood dog walkers should advertise on neighborhood mailing lists.
