Can you recommend a great white for outdoor windows/door frames?

I also need to paint the machine room door - can it be the same white?

I will also paint the frame of my main door (which is painted black itself).

Can you recommend a great white for this? I would prefer something from Home Depot since we are turning this into a rental property.
