Haven't seriously practiced in about 10 years and am looking to get back into yoga - would love to hear some good studio recommendations for someone who isn't a complete novice and is looking for a more active flow type practice. My goal is to do crow again

I've done yoga all over but my favorite classes have been at Equinox in Bethesda. The class are more advanced than your typical gym-style yoga classes. Most are vinyasa, but there is a variety (and the crow pose is often a part of it ). Their instructors are very, very good.

Circle Yoga in CCDC. Especially if you are starting up again - they have a good variety from beginner to more advanced.

Posezen yoga. Teacher has studio in home. RigorouS yoga for beginners and up

Simon Says Yoga.
Lighthouse Yoga in Petworth.
Unity Woods
I love Down Dog in Bethesda, though it's fairly intense (Baptiste hot yoga). Circle Yoga is wonderful, though not sure how rigorous their classes are, even the more advanced ones.
CorePower in Bethesda at the corner of Bradley and Wisconsin. Hot yoga, vinyasa flow, with music that makes it more fun. And you can try a week for free, unlimited classes, to see if it's a good fit for you.
