I recently bought a 14-cup Cuisinart, and we are loving it! But I would like to make thicker slices of certain vegetables, like carrots.
Does anyone have an opinion on the 6mm versus the 8mm slicing disks? I'm just wondering if one is more versatile than another. I'm going to get the fine shredder for parmesan and carrot salad, but really need a thick one, too. TIA |
