| Worth it? |

We have one and like it. We bought it because we were living overseas in State Dept housing with an old gas stove/over that scorched all of our food. We had no control over getting a new stove/oven so ordered this as a substitute. It can do all kinds of things - I've even baked cakes in it.
We had a problem with it having an error code when toasting a lot - I think it may have been related to using an electrical transformer. We just lived with it until we got back to the US and Breville swapped it our for us with a refurbished one. The replacement one has been fine. |
You have to be talking about something other than the toaster OP is talking about. I mean, how could you bake a cake in that? |
| I am talking about the Breville Smart Oven which is a toaster oven. |
| It's awesome! We went for the big one because we wanted convection. I have not had good luck with loaf pans - the bread just gets too close to the top of the oven, so it burns, but have had awesome results with everything else I've baked in it. Do it, OP!!! |
| We love ours and use it for all sorts of things. |
| Most used appliance in our kitchen. I can't believe I didn't buy one sooner. I use it at least once a day, if not more. |
| I love it. |
| We love ours! Breville does great small appliances! |
| Yes, worth it. Very convenient and reliable. |

Another vote for love it!
I cook everything in it- yes cakes, vegetables, reheating leftovers, bagels, etc! I rarely use our full oven any more. |
| OP here - thanks for the input but I was actually referring to the toaster (not toaster oven) lol. Any comments on the toaster? |
This was me and I was commenting on the toaster. It really is very good. |
| Love it, we originally got one when we gutted out kitchen to use in our temporary cooking area. Loved it so much that I ended up keeping it out and still use it several times a week. |
