What color hose/tights to wear with navy and white dress? Can I wear grey shoes?

Have a coffee date during lunch tomorrow and am going to wear a navy dress - just above the knee. Do I need to wear hose? Can I wear gray flats?

| No hose or extremely sheer nude hose. Depends on the gray and on the flats, but nude or tan or cognac could look nice too. Really depends on the shades. I think I would go with nude myself. GL! |
