Bee sting- delayed reaction?

| I got stung around noon. Minimal swelling at the site but my throat was a little itchy so I took Benadryl and have been every 4 hours. Felt fine and around an hour ago throat felt weird agin so took dose and still feels weird. Is it possible to have a reaction 12 hours later or am I over reacting?? |

| Sounds like seasonal allergies, OP. Itchy throat right now for about 50% of the population. |

| Could be. Call your doctor. Have heard that a second sting can be fatal so be careful. |

Op here. I'm doing better today - I have occasional
Asthma and I think it might have spurred it a little. I have a rescue inhaler so I can always use that. It think I just freaked myself out! |
