Her child is now 2 years old. I would probably sue too just because of the incompetence, but I would not want this to be a public story that my child could hear about in the future.

What would you do?

I would sue but try to settle privately. As a parent of a biracial child (through IVF), I can see people thinking this is about a white couple not wanting a biracial child or not being grateful that they conceived rather than about the stupidity of the clinic.
