I would say PAY-lee-oh but DH insists on pah-LAY-oh....who is correct?
I know that there are PAY-lee-on-tol-oh-gists, that's why I think I'm correct, but what is the standard for the diet plan? |

| Paleo is a shortened name. Its called the Paleolithic diet, as in stemming from the Paleolithic era, if that makes it's pronunciation more clear. |
